sup sup sup..... sorry its been a while... ive been mad lazy and workin over the summer.... mikey got things started with his italy trip which was pretty tight. so if mikey traveled further EAST.... i guess ill blog about my journey further south (while remaining in the west)... MEXICO! sooooo.... this was spring break 07? i think... with a bunch of white kids from school... not sayin theres anything wrong with that.. but anywhoooo.... the trip started off in el capital of mexico (mexico city) with a matinee veiwing of a donkey show........... kidding.

driving around the city i saw this monument... i totally do not kno wut is the meaning or purpose.... but yeh...

we also took a bus to see the temple? or pyramids? in teotihuacan??? iono how to spell it... all i kno was that it was TIzZiIgHTT!!!!






then we had lunch and had out own mariache band.... pretty gangster... the only song i recognized was "la cucaracha".... palabra to yo mutha.

okie dokie..... bye bye mexico city! time to go to sleep and move on to the next city...


NOW..... moving on tooooooo Taxco..... prob my favorite place to be in mexico.... such a gorgeous place... even though its kinda ghetto... with a lot of really nice churches too.....

okay..... well on to the next city.... went to acapulco.... uber touristy area cuz its right in front of the beach.... its nice though...... funny story.... or actually quite grimm..... me and the peeps were taking the public bus to the little flea market to buy some shizz (the bus had bullet holes in the windshields.... kinda krazy)..... then then there was mad traffic.... i though to myslef..."why?"...... slowly moved up to the area of slowness and what was it? IT WAS A DONKEY SHOW! juss kidding u freaks.... i actually saw a bunch of big SWAT guys holding m-16's or some shit like that...... there was a dead guy laying in the car..... apparently he got shot all over his body and in the neck.... remember that scene in Boyz in the Hood?... "ey.. wanna see a dead body?"...... no... not ever again....

anywhooooooo....... this is the view from my room..



this is the beach that was like a 5 minute walk from the hotel.... SOOOO AWESOME.... the sand was hot as fuck... but it was all good....

time to go home... "adios my friend"....

dun dun dunnnnnn!!!! LITTLE SAIGON's where tha playaz play... and we ride in our hondas like EVERYDAY! Big beats, hit streets, see fobs be roamin'.... And the freeways have traffic at 8 in the mornin!!! But seriously, we got america's vietnam capital right here son, of course we gunna get some good food..... way better than boston. Anywho, i chose to eat at Vihn Ky II off of Hazard and Brookhurst. My my, I'm hungry right now....



OH snizzaps! Thats right son, 50% off any beef pho order. In yo face East Coast. The pho is aight, but the 50% percent off makes it taste that much better. "Can I get pho chin size large please?"



BAM SON! Three dollars for a large bowl of pho....... a wise man once said, "A bowl of pho is a dish best served half off."

Take a trip across the country now folks.
Let Mikos take you to the east coast. Now, we don't have billions of VITNAMEE running around in Boston, so a competitive 50% off deal is impossible to come by. So for now, we'll settle on decent prices and good location.

Me and the peoples hopped onto the red line to Cambridge to do some shopping. Destination: Harvard Square. There's some fun to be had in Harvard's little neighborhood. Hungry as shit and short on cash we landed at Le's.



The food is average, I mean unless you're lacing your pho with crack, how MUCH better can it get? The price is regulation(5 or 6 bucks for a bowl), but the location is key.



I guess I have to compete with sean's 50% off shit... so what could I compare to the joy of good prices? The joy of going with your girfriend, your brother, your main man, and some sapporo!



The fuckin set up is dope too. If any restaurant has an upper level, SIT THERE.



The neighborhood is friendly and has a few stops for you. Check out Proletariat and Concepts around the corner for the goods!
